Most mornings I'm dashing out the door, no time for an elaborate breakfast that takes loads of prep and cooking time. So my go to is a nice chilled smoothie especially in summer.
This is one of my favorites, fastest way to get some some good fats into my day and stay full till lunch time.
Recipe for Keto Green Smoothie
Prep time: 2 mins
Blend time: 2 mins
1 cup of baby spinach
1 stalk of celery
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup Alpro unsweetened almond milk
Pretty same bring all the ingredients together in a blender add as much ice as you like and blend till its smooth, easy peasy!
